Our Charities include:
Austin Lions Sight Conservation Program provides eye examinations and glasses to children from the Austin Independent School District AISD. From June 2005 through May 2006 this program provided over forty-six thousand eye examinations and glasses to those in need.

| Mobile Health Screening Units provide Central Texas adults screening for vision, glaucoma, hearing, blood sugar and blood pressure. This program is designed to predict health issues before they become problems. The screening unit is available for everyone. |

Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville provides, without charge, a camp for physically disabled, hearing/vision impaired, and diabetic children from the State of Texas. www.lionscamp.com/ Leader Dogs For the Blind provides free leader dogs for the blind and visually impaired. This organization is the only leader dog school which accepts blind/deaf individuals for dogs. www.leaderdog.org/site/PageServer Lions Track and Throwers meets are events that the North Austin Lions Club organize and support to bring world class athletes to Austin Texas where they compete. These meets often coincide with clinics where the professionals can sculpt and train the participants' ability. |

Lions donate to Project Brown Santa every year. This charity is set up to provide a hot Christmas dinner and presents for children of needy families in Travis County. http://www.brownsanta.org/index.html
Lions hold Pancake Breakfasts, Spaghetti Dinners and Chili Suppers where people can socialize and raise money for Lions charities. Come out some time and enjoy a plate with us.
